My passion is working with people to help them feel empowered to reclaim their health and wellbeing and to be able to live a heart-centred life that honours their needs.

I am a registered Chiropractor, certified Applied Kinesiologist and a qualified Reiki Master practitioner.

 

I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic. I have been in practice for over 25 years as a Chiropractor/Applied Kinesiologist and several years ago studied Reiki (Usui tradition) and became a Reiki Master practitioner. I also offer this healing technique in my practice.

 

I love learning and continue to take courses and do research in areas that interest me in health, wellness and the healing arts.

 

Originally from Christchurch, I have stayed and made my home here with my husband and two children.

 

When I’m not delving into all things health-related, I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, walking, practising yoga and playing saxophone.
